It needs to be set in cybs mod for monthly and the donation bar mod as well.
Also please mark as install for support.

That mod does not grab any information from paypal nor does it log donations from users to the database so it can not integrate with a donation bar as there is no data to make a bar operate.

AWJunkies and myself have released a new donation system thats works better we have a new update releasing shortly that makes the install much easier and less confusing it will be released probably Monday.

I know, I saw the system, but was confused by it. Does it take over the current payments.php, subscriptions, ect? All I want to do is simply make the donation bar update. THAT's ALL I want. I don't need any extra plugins running on my forums that I want use. I already have way too many.

This Donation bar mod will auto update for vb subscriptions

Turning on donations_dbarfloat does not work in vb 3.7.
To solve this I added
PHP Code:
  <br /> 
after the conditional in dbar_donationbar.
