I do not understand why it does not work for me, I am using the latest version on my forum and it still shows the links and Im sure I have all the settings correct.

EDIT: Just noticed that it doesn't work for 3.8.3

this plugin to work on vBulletin 3.8.3, simply leave the "Show links from groups". the plugin is conflicting with the group of members (id: 2) and displaying the content to visitors.

Even excluding the list of groups that can see the links all groups, except those listed to be blocked, can see perfectly.
