I still have no idea, I have installed the hack on like 30 plus forums, and none had any problem, but the only forum I came across which had my IE to crash was Darth Gill's forum, and the cause of that was the style.
What I did was installed the original vb default style with no midification, then edited the templates which pager needs.
Can I have a look at your forum?

In the navbar you have new pager messages and the total. When i delete messages the total remains. Is it possible to set this to zero when you delete all messages?

Did you make sure that you deleted all messages from both folders, Inbox and Sent Items??

would it be possible to play a sould when you get a new page ? so that the member can choose no sound, sound on ajax page and sound on every page.

I often have our guild forum in the background open and it would be cool to hear when i get a page but I don't need to hear it if I get the page via page or while browsing :)

Well, I don't know, but I've discovered that if you turn any of the AJAX features off in your admincp/vboptions/general area, vbpager won't work. At least, not for me.

Do you have the radio button for ALL AJAX features checked??

has anyone figured out the secondary/custom usergroup problem?

my admins, registered users and supermods can use no problem
but my paying subscribers cant < that sucks! that was a custom usergroup I made
