Here is a screenshot of what this "new" ibProArcade will look like (see attachment of this post).

Just to point out some of the feature it will bring along:

• support for both v3arcade and ibProArcade games
• support for PNflashgames
• Tournaments (2,4,8 players)
• Leaderboard (e.g. 10 Points for 1st rank, 9 Points for 2nd rank ect.)
• personal Arcade-settings per user
• personal statistics per user
• Arcade ModCP f?r Arcade-Moderators
• Games can marked as "favorite" to be shown on "favorites page"
• Sort your games in categories
• custom game sorting
• Rate your games (1-5 stars)
• each game stores multiple information:
  • times played
  • time played
  • actual highscore
  • best highscore ever
  • your personal highscore
• integrated "who is online" on Arcade-pages
• Arcade-access can be set up per usergroup-permission
• Arcade-access can be set up per user
• Setup per usergroup:
  • how many total posts to play
  • how many posts per day to play
  • how many games to play per day
• ban IP-addresses from the Arcade
• full AdminCP-Integration

In addition it will come along with both language-files for english and german, and of course everything got phrased to use this language-files (the original ibPA-hack was mostly hardcoded text, this got fixed).


You even won't need to do multiple changes to PHP-files or Templates, installation is that easy.


But enough for now, be sure it is absolutely worth to wait for ibProArcade !

There even won't be any "premium support" or something like that, games are available for free...

I just need to finish one single option in the AdminCP, so stay tuned for the release of that fantastic ibProArcade-Release :)

It will support different Skins with single skin-files, so that it is somehow easy to adapt to a personal style with (if wanted) less information, e.g. a "v3arcade"-style ...

I know I do! I never would have thought a single hack would keep me from upgrading to 3.5, but this hack is the baby I'm waiting for!

This is not just a 3.5 ported version, it's a complete rewrite! So EVERY VB user will appreciate this!

I think it is finished, I will start spreading first versions of this "ibProArcade RC1" to some beta-testers to check if really everything is OK and works as it is ment to be.

Today I will finalize the languagefile and then start betatesting, stay tuned
