This makes your custom title editable with vBCode using a Custom Title Editor. So it works just like custom title, and like the normal custom title will obviously override your usual ranking titles.

i really messed up .. i didnt know that it installed so i sorta click the button 3 times ... and now i have 3 options each for the thing .. how do i remove 2 of them? lol

Since I don't have custom titles enabled (I don't want custom titles overwriting my rankings), I won't be installing this..

When you do it through the store to change anothers custom title it comes out as the code =/

I have installed it with sucsess, but i wondered if you can answer this...

How do i get the "Glow" and "Shadow" and "Move" etc functions added to my list of options in VBCode?

I just have the basics - Font, Color, size, b, i, u, etc

Is this an additional hack?

Unfortunately I have made an error during installation. The error is that I over installed the installation file which arranges the options in the Control Panel. What is worse is that I forget about Murphy's Law #45 and did not backup my database. Basically all the options in the Admin Control Panel associated with this hack are there for 4 times. I would like to know how to fix this problem, I made this error because the Installation file does not give you a message that it is installed and I thought that you had to install in parts. Can someone help please, what tables in the database are altered?

Ignore my last post, I fixed that problem or rather someone else fixed it. I would like to know whether it is possible to change something in this hack. When I click to edit the Custom Title and get presented with the new screen it appears in the Edit Options section of the User CP instead of the Edit Profile where I had clicked the link to the new screen. Could this be changed? I gave a quick look at the Templates but found nothing (I am a newbie!), do you have to edit the PHP file?

P.S. Are the templates in VB written in HTML or PHP?

I'm having some problems with this hack. I enabled HTML in the admin cp, and it still dont allow it. If i go through the ACP and change someones title i can use HTML, but i cant on the forums. I can only use BBcode. And also i cant use smilies, they dont show up. Please give me some help here..

This hack is complicated to install. If things don't work properly, I suggest you uninstall it, and reinstall, following the instructions closely. :)

Ok im startin fresh. But i accedently hit the 'install' thing more then once, so now in the ACP i got like 4 things of the same thing. how do i fix that?

Erwin... I kinda ran into a problem... for getting impatient :p

I installed everything, and when I went into my vBulletin Options, I noticed that there were multiple options... they were all multiples of the same! This was as a result of me pushing install a few times, because I thought I would see an Installation Complete or confirmation :-[

How would I remove all the extra options?

I seem to have a problem with my smilies. I have my max smilies set to 60, but when i even have only 2 smilies on there, it makes a "<" at the end. HTML is set to NO and everyone can use it. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Help would be much appreciated, thank you!

You made a mistake with cutting and pasting the code, and added an extra < somewhere.

Check your code again.

I got the smilie thing fixed, there were a few html errors on the modifyprofile_customtitle template. But when I add an image with the img tag, (with the smilies or without the smilies) it comes up with a big image (blank with a red X in the corner ) with the following :

You have to follow the instructions EXACTLY. I suggest reinstall the hack again. You need to get everything exactly right - this hack is not easy to install, and you have to be very careful in doing it.

Okay, I've installed this on my board (I'm running 2.3.4) and it works beautifully except for one thing. I have "user custom usertitle" turned off then I have enable for staff only set to yes.

I unrestricted one of my restricted usernames and I tested the hack to see if they could use and see it and they can.

I then went back into my admin cp and changed the number of days, etc. to 5000 and tried again - same thing - my registered accounts can use it.

Any idea how I could fix this?

Just for the record, when I installed it on my board it deleted two major components. The Enable guests and enable who's online - my hosting had to fix it for me.

I know others had that problem.

I'm using v3.0.6..and files dont work at all. I uploaded the installation file to my Admincp directory and when I load it on my browser, it keeps on giving me this crap:
