dancop, Go to admincp
1 - admincp -> Plugins & Products -> Plugin System -> deactivate "Photoplog Navtab" (Do not Delete!)
2 - In Navigation Manager, make your own tabs

I upload a capture of my problem, missing submenu with uploads options, and other links.

I would appreciate if you help me!! :)

I try to recreate it in navigation options of vbulletin, but don't show sub-sections.

If I go to my www.site.com/photologo/uploads.php I can upload images , but the thing, is that the menu is missing when I Click on Gallery button.

Best Regards, thanks in advance

ikopylov 07-26-2013 06:33 AM

Check Group Permissions
And if you, yourself, create a sub menu in the navigation managery - check permissions there

I check all permissions there and are OK, in fact, I can upload images with my user if I type the upload url.....

ikopylov 07-26-2013 10:46 AM

autoescala, if you used navtabs from PhotoPlog & you have a problem (missing submenu with uploads options, and other links) this is a problem with you skin read #79 & #81 posts and make all in my post №81. This for you too

RichieBoy67 08-01-2013 05:43 AM

Nice to see you back dude! Photoplog was one of the very first galleries I used back in 2004 for 3.06 I think! Nice to see it and you again!

JIMRANGERS 08-01-2013 01:31 PM

anyone know why I get this conflict when I install the gallery with another product called VBA links?

error

Code:

Okay, I finally got some time to work on this again. I tried to install it again on our test site and I still get a blank page when I click the photoplog link in the navbar.

I'm not an expert at this stuff, but I have installed quite a few things so I would consider myself "pretty good" at it so I'm "pretty sure" I did everything correctly. I checked and double checked all the files to make sure they were in the right place and it all seems good.

To recap, we had this mod installed on our site several years ago, but probably 4 years ago under another owner the mod quit working or was disabled. So I attempted to go with the photoplog upgrade path. Everything seem to install properly and all the admin options are there, but nothing on the main page.

It could be that the database tables were altered sometime in the past. I don't know squat about the database and I don't mess with it so I don't know how to check that. But all the old photo folders are still there and I'd like to be able to keep them if possible so we can access them again.

I'd love to be able to get this working again because it was a great album mod.

If that doesn't work perhaps it is a conflict with another mod?

Without knowing much about your particular install I would check the simple things first. Re-upload all files and check permissions, both file and usergroup. Make sure the files are in proper format first.

My Hattiesburg 08-04-2013 02:39 AM

Yeah, I screwed up part of the install, not getting the blank page now but it's still not working quite right. As soon as I get more time I'll get back on it again.

negrowarez 08-04-2013 05:30 AM

I have a problem.

Code:

Not Found

The requested URL /photoplog/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Could this possibly be a style issue?
I had one style that wouldn't show the sub links to Photoplog.
On any of my other three styles it all worked perfectly

Can you give more details?
Was this error given from the link on the navbar?

Exactly, I did the installation as directed. And it appears that error.

Chadi 08-07-2013 01:12 AM

Hi there,

Does this import (or populate) from the default album gallery included in vbulletin 4.2x?

kylek 08-11-2013 06:59 PM

Nice to see both this gallery and calorie back! Had the pro version back before vb4 came out.

New install.

Got an error showing in the header - anyone have an idea what to look for?

Seem to be referencing facebook, we do use facebook connect..

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at [path]/photoplog/config.php:33) in [path]/includes/facebook/facebook.php on line 37

Also can the filmstrip be displayed in vbcms?

Reece^B 08-13-2013 10:04 AM

Installed, checked forum path, inputted correct settings. Constant 'server error'

Calorie can you take a look please?

unfor 08-24-2013 06:16 AM

same here.

i checked all the settings twice but i always get the following errors if i want to open the photoplog link from navbar:

Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in /home/content/29/11150129/html/photoplog/settings.php on line 47

Warning: require_once(./global.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/29/11150129/html/photoplog/settings.php on line 48

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php') in /home/content/29/11150129/html/photoplog/settings.php on line 48

any ideas ;)?

tbworld 08-24-2013 06:34 AM

photoplog/settings.php on line 47

It is telling you exactly what directory path you have incorrect. Take a look at 'settings.php' on line 47.

Reece^B 08-24-2013 01:32 PM

No the same error for me, mines 'server error'

Reece^B 08-26-2013 06:53 PM

Why does this mod have no support?!

Did you read the part of the listing that plainly says, Not Supported ?

tbworld 08-26-2013 08:49 PM

You need to post the error from your logs or no one can assist you. Posting that it doesn't work, helps no one.

Server Error is not the same error.

Ahh nice to see this, marked as installed cause I'm about to tinker with it a bit ;).

I had it installed but it went haywire after I installed a mod and I could never get it working again. This is really a very nice add on worth the trouble of getting it going for sure. Probably my favorite product on vb.org !

I hope you can do something with it, "Santa Claus" :)

Bubble #5 08-27-2013 12:07 AM

Like others I am getting nothing but server errors. Using 4.2.1

Code:

Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in /home/loveforum/public_html/forum/photoplog/settings.php on line 47

Warning: require_once(./global.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/loveforum/public_html/forum/photoplog/settings.php on line 48

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/loveforum/public_html/forum/photoplog/settings.php on line 48

Does anyone make a similar mod?

Look in your Navigation Manager and copy the address Photoplog is using. If privacy is an issue just post the url after your domains portion. If privacy is NOT an issue, post the exact url shown.

And doing this will remove the error messages noted above?

It will help me to see what you have. I had to change the url on my once to get it to load up.

Reece^B 08-27-2013 06:07 PM

Surely from a developer POV he/she would want to know that heir mod wants functioning as it should.
