I have had similar complaints.

It pops up ocassionally for me in FF, but others say it happens ALOT.

So the weird thing is: at my screen with 1600x900 no problem, at the member screen at 1600x900 a flashing scrollbar.

To Fix this adjust Left Offset and Right Offset on the e360-SnowStorm / SmashingXmasLights setting the screen resolution will have nothing to do with it

Hi, I installed it but now I can't access my site as it says 'server error' and when I went to uninstall it as the admincp is the only part of my site that is accessible the whole products section does not open. It is just a blank white screen. Please help as I don't know how to fix this.

Yeah, I followed everything but now my site is inaccessible and I can't uninstall the XML file.
I do have vBadvanced installed so I am not sure whether they conflicted or something

Can someone help me here please.....I installed a snowstorm product that I got from here and installed it and it said ok so I then went to AdminCP > Settings > Options > "e360-SnowStorm / SmashingXmasLights" And Config. to turn it on and when I did the page just went white and nobody can get into the forum...

the product page is also white when I click on the button to try and delete it and I cannot get into the products page to delete it... also the style and templates is also blank page and nothing will open there either... please help or point me to where I should post... thank you.. using vBulletin 4.1.8...

yes but I have since deleted it trying to fix it I cannot get into it in the forum itself to delete there .

Ok I am not to sure where exactly I should put that line... I am not that advanced at this stuff but I am trying to learn.. sorry about this.. I can find confi.php on a search in the files at the host but a good few config php files show up..

includes/config.php

The file you had to edit to be able to install vB.

Open config file with wordpad
At the very top where you see <? add the code after that.
Save and re-upload config file.

Ok when I go into the CP... the product button.. when I click it i just get a white page and the same with all the different ones under it like...manage Products and Plugin Manager ???

same with the Styles and Templates button....? when i click on them I get nothing...

the options button is working and i can see the panel where I can turn off and on the snow in the -360 pane... is there any way i can delete it from there ?

who can only do that if you are the host what type of hosting do you have?

Ok they said that there was some major error and they restored the site to the last restore point which was at 9 o clock this morning so we lost a days posts ...but at least it is back.. thank you all for your help.. I think I will leave the snow mod alone it doesn't seem to like me but it is working fine on other peoples forums so that is good.. Thank You all again for your help.

I don't know if this has been addressed, but when I edit the js file to not be affected by user's mouse movement, it doesn't change anything. Anyone know why?

this.followMouse = false; // Snow movement can respond to the user's mouse

This is the setting in the js file that is supposed to make that work.
