I have the Pro version. It doesn't work on 4.2 "from the box" and not updated ago.

The mod works with 4.2 without PL3. Once you install/upgrade to PL3 to fix the vulnerability/exploit, the mod crashes. He's been working on it supposedly, but I can't get him to respond to my IM's.

Developer is still unresponsive. Recommend paypal dispute if you still have time and have a paid version.

At this point, I don't want his fix, I want my refund.

same here, bought the mode long time ago though didnt get any support \ help \ any answer for months, the guy just disappeared.

when i asked for a refund few months later, got a negative answer .

ProvB product support isn't handled through my primary email guys, it's handled at either ProvB's support email, or the Product Support forum itself. Sorry if I didn't make that clear on this thread, there's a "Product Support" link on ProvB if you've brought premium though.

Hi anyone has a copy of the paid version and is giving up can pm me to discuss? Keen to buy but not sure whether support is around or not and saw so many negative reviews of 0 support. kinda hold me back.

Yes, no support. Just: "we are working on it, wait..." We have the "full" version and it is not better than the free version.

That is bad... precisely stopping me from paying for the full version when support is not there and it is not cheap at $49 plus....

I guess I will wait for some PMs from users who purchased this and see if I could take over and explore the plugin before I purchase from them. I hate it when we pay for products and support is not render.

I have the lite version running with 4.2 pl3 and no issues at all

Thanks qpurser for your reply.

I tested today the light version on a fresh copy of vb4.2 pl3, but it works in thread pages and didn't in forumdisplay page and it missed the looking of the page !!

Is it working 100% with you in both pages?

I've same questions: product bought and coder disappeared...
Multiple requests via forum, mail, vbulletin.org pm, support for pro, private mail...

I believe that by changing:

Installed it and all...the Threadfields are shown in the first post of the thread but not in the threaddisplay of a forum...what could be wrong? i also deactivated any add-ons that might interfere with it...

bought extrathreads and advanced forums before some months. There is no support. Only when i said that ill open a konflikt in paypal thay started to answer me. Now i have upgraded my forum and again is not working. Am waiting 2 weeks for the answer and till now noone have ansfered me. I can say this sucks.

I also wondered whether it works using the mobile template. Now I doubt it.

I sent three messages to them. Their main website is the worst UI I've ever seen and it immediately made me wonder about how it was done. No answer, even with sales opportunities on several occasions. Others told me the same. Perhaps this is abandoned.

I have an addon that works perfectly for an extra thread field. Loved it. But it required extra work to be implemented into the mobile templates and, at the time, I didn't follow through. Now not sure about that aspect and how much I care.

I have it almost working as desired...only problem: when the forum has a sticky thread, it won't display the extra threadfields in forumdisplay.php...
