Hi, I noticed after I updated to your latest version, that the "agent online/offline" moved from the side panel to the header. Is this correct?

This is being changed within the next version to be within the side block.

odd, Cause the version I installed last week, had it in the side block, and the new one you posted the other day moved it to the header? Which is better?

Can you please tell me how to you turn off Live Support altogether if I don't want to use it?

Also I must be doing something wrong because I cant find the link to add a support ticket??
Attached is the category view and the 2nd image is after I click on a category.

This will be changed in the next release.

The free version here will not have the option to turn off the live support.
But if you dont want to use it then you will have to edit the templates to disable it.

If you need to know what templates let me know and i will post here.

Hello Micheal... is there a way i can make the online /offline agent flood so when you scroll down it will scroll with the screen...

I also notices when i'm login live support is disabled is there a way i can enable it

When a user clicks a category (eg: Registration questions) they are taken to the FAQ's for that category and the heading is >> Questions in category: Registration Questions.

Above this is another heading: >> FAQ Categories. But there is no categories showing under this heading, the area is blank. They have to go back to Help Desk front page to see all categories again.

Should there be categories showing on the questions page? If yes, what could be wrong with my installation and how can I show them? If not how can I make them show?

I will have alook into this as it should be showing the category that the sub category is in.

Yes at this time they would have to as it will not show the categories when you are in a category.
Lets say you have 100 categories and then you click to go into one of these categories you would still have the 100 categories showing and the questions within the category showing.
So this would not look very good with all this info in one place.

This could be added without a problem but i dont think it would look very good.

I understand what you mean about large numbers of categories and questions but I only have eight categories with about 4 questions in each so for me it would be ideal to show all the categories all the time.

So if it can be added without a problem can you please tell me how to do it?

Upgraded to VB 4.1.1 I notice in Firefox that when in the Help Desk Screen the "Live Agent status" In the upper right of header is halfway down under the search bar.

And in Explorer, it is a huge blank header on top of the header. all messed up.

Any fixes? Or is there a way to eliminate it from the header?

Also, in the Forum Blocks Manager, it shows the Support Live Chat, but not matter what the setting, it will not show in the side block.

PS: I have uninstalled and installed the latest version as well. No Luck.

Ok, It is a problem with your latest xml installer. I uninstalled and used the version from 12/9/10, and everything works fine.

This will be changed within the next release as im adding in a floating block.

Yes this can be made to be an option within the support system.
Ill sort it out for next release.

This problem you are talking about is fixed within the new version 4.6.4.
Versions 4.1.1 and upto 4.6.0 are not supported any more as its not version 4.6.4

I just installed the whole thing and I still got a problem. 4.1.1. is the vbulletin version though ;)

I got a few questions about primarly the FAQ stuff.

When editing an FAQ, it imports the HTML codes into the editor instead of the vB code. If you don't remove HTML, as you know, it will publish the syntax. Is there a way to make it port vB code instead of HTML?

When creating a new FAQ from a ticket, can we get the User's Question imported into it like we have the Agents first response?

Is it possible to add Closed Tickets to FAQ's without re-opening tickets or copy and pasting?

Also, is it possible to get New Tickets and New Responses to become notifications so we don't have to keep going back to the Ticket ToDo page?

This will be fixed within next release.

Can you post this info? I really love this system but we have no need for live support. Id just like to have that live support icon in the upper right no longer show up.

I will add a read me file to next release letting members know how to remove the live support.

All my online/offline guy icons are not right. See attached pic. Why are they like this? They are suppose to have the Yellow writing in the middle of the picture. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, to no end.

How do I fix and what is causing this?

Also, How can I remove the Online/offline guy from the header? I want to delete it altogether. In IE, it is totally messed up.
