Having a problem. Most stats are working fine but I can not change any options as the psiStats 2010 option does not show up under Settings in my AdminCP. I have re-upped the files and re-imported the XML with the same results. Very odd.

I had the same issue but eventually found the options were merged uder the Site Statistics option. Look for that one.

Using 4.0.6, I cant select the different Modules, i only see the Site "General". All modules are active.

I know this is an old mod but still works on 4.1.10 and very nice.. thanks

I hope the author still around.. few issues
it only pulls data from the default usergroups, I have other usergroups including new members and the data from the extra usergroups don't get pulled
for mods/s-mods and new users

I haven't looked at the code yet to see if I can fix it.. other than that, it seems to be working ok

I noticed rather few people having issues, like images don't show.. make sure they are uploaded correctly (binary) and in the right place.. and for where to find the mod on your forum? its under quick links :) (it took me a while to find it)

Very strange, my server is unreachable now.. I hope it's nothing to do with this mod I just installed :) and its not just my IP, I tried from another and I get error 502

Ok, I am back.. after 24 hours exactly, the server is back and found

About the stats data, I take that back.. it reads data from all groups but the banned one
It won't list the number of Mods unless they are listed under at least one forum. (kinda make sense)

With this mod (v1.7.2) installed on vb 4.1.11 i get the following error on my forum:

Nevermind. I got it to work by changing a few lines in the xml file.

For those of you that also use newer versions of MySQL server you will need to:

1) At line 28 and line 35 change "TYPE=MyISAM" to "ENGINE=MyISAM"
2) Uninstall the plugin from your board and reinstall the one you just modified (reinstalling without uninstalling first will not fix it).

For some reason my referral statistics have NOT changed since I first installed this mod about 2 months ago, all the information is stuck and not changing, except for the top thread and forum information, this seams to work.

in the control panel when I choose referring site statistics it says this,

There are no referring sites in the database at this time.

If anyone can offer some idea's I would appreciate it. What can I try to start the diagnostic procedure?

2 separate domains hosted on the same account, one website shows the referral statistics fine, while the second one dose not.

Is there some cache that I can try clearing? possibly a directory with the wrong permissions?

I have tried the following so far:
1.waiting (2 months)
2.installing again, overwriting the files
3.rebuilt statistics

i have recieve this error (error.log)

dont like have errors for any plugin/addon and force to Uninstalled the product.

Most everything still works for us in vB 4.23 Patch X. It's s shame when some of these better mods aren't kept up. I don't have enough knowledge to help.

I know this is an old mod but when I try to D/L the file, what gets downloaded is just a readme HTML file? Is this mod no longer available for download?
