I had installed the AWCoding- Donation System.. and now everything is down in my forum???

It says

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    ap_purchasetype field is invalid. Acceptable values are item, service, item-goods, item-auction & subscription.
    ap_currency field is invalid.
    ap_itemname field cannot be left empty.
    Sorry the merchant account is invalid

Alertpay may have changed their settings. I got this on YOUR (Developer's) site.

I am having issues with this mod conflicting with vbadvanced. I am running vb 4.0.8 with vbadvanced 4.0.1. I was getting Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/***/public_html/portal/modules/navigation.php on line 96.

After a lot of uninstalling, reinstalling, checking templates. I decided to disable mods one by one to see if the error would clear. As long as this mod is disabled vbadvanced worked. If it is enabled it will show the above area as long as their modules (navigation, latest threads, etc..) are enabled. If their modules are all removed from the index page while this mod is enabled it will show but with no content since no modules are on the page.

Every time I try to activate this MOD, I get the following. :eek:

NOTE: I edited out my IP & database name for security reasons.
That is because you did NOT read the setting that you enabled which was ADD awcoding subscriptions to goal amount. Turn off the setting that you turned on as you obviously don't have that mod installed.

Please read setting before turning them on if you don't know what it is or does.

can you give me temp login so I can take a look as never ran into this issue and on same version info as you on one of my test sites. PM me the info.

I do not get this error on FC so not sure what you mean by developers site. You have to be extremely specific what software you got that issue was it PS, DS, SS etc on site? As I will need to see error to fix it as I just got some alertpay payments no issues past week or so.

Google sandbox? or real google account? is it confirmed and active in google area. It takes 3-5 days for google to activate. ALso what currency are you using? USD? EUR? What is google account default currency basically.

Navtab or bar some people getting this issue will be looking into it soon. Has to do with them having LIST on or off and permissions for list and donate that may cause issue they are having but again will have to trouble shoot never happens on my sites but again probably my permissions.

Got it fixed now. In Google Checkout....

Settings > Integration > un-check "My company will only post digitally signed carts"

Save.

I was using real Google, Confirmed, and USD. But my settings within Google Checkout needed to be adjusted.

I'm glad (kind of) that the Navbar issue is not just me & look forward to the update (fix).

Thank you very much for supporting this & for addressing my questions & issues. So many people post MODs here & more then often, do not support things all the way or only will provide support at a cost. It shows you've got some good integrity & that you respect your users, that you are willing to provide help so quickly here.

Installed and working on v4.0.8 however had to turn the lists option off in order for the button in navbar to link correctly! Smooth system and with a little luck users will start using and I can confirm it works!!!

cannot confirm any donations in the Transaction screen. Clicking the GO button for selection does nothing.

Installed on our test forum (won't install on main forum until I know it works properly) v4.0.3 and had to turn the lists option off in order for the Navbar button to work.

Does anyone know what is causing this issue and if an when it might be fixed?

Does the Pro version suffer from this same problem?

OK just noticed another issue when you disable the lists option.

When you get sent a private message to say that a transaction has been placed and within this same private message there is a link to check this transaction as well as others. However when you click on this link because the lists is disabled you cannot view any of the transactions. As a message comes up saying.

"The administrator has disabled viewing of this page for your member group. If you feel this is a mistake please PM an administrator and let them know."

However once you enable the lists this page can be seen. But then the problem returns of the navbar button no longer working.

YES works 4.0.8 as well as has donate anonymous.

This is in BLOCK settings within adminCP->awcoding->settings->donation system->block settings

Can you send me a temp admin account as shouldn't have issues with that unless you globally have plugins off from config file.

PRO does not: LITE and PRO share 0 code the same. PRO has a drop menu module system built into it. The LITE one will be fixed soon will be doing another upgrade as soon as I can get the free time away from PRO products and customers.

You can edit the messages to whatever you want in the notification area. Go there allows you to edit them so remove the text and ink for now or customize any of them how you see fit.

Mod works in 4.1 Patch Level 2

However, getting providers to accept this is the problem. Google Checkout, AlertPay, MoneyBookers.... All seem to not like anyone using this unless you are an "official accredited charity"

So unless your site is collecting funds for something like cancer research & not the general up keep of your site... Expect to run into a problems.

contact me on FC as no PRO support here per vbulletin rules. I responded to you seems you didn't go through all the settings and sections which includes the MODULES section to have drop down and goals module.

That has to do with nowrap on the text for your description. Shorten it or put a html page break in <br /> and you should be fine will make change it in next version.

I can't figure out how to import my donations from VSA - Donate, am I missing something?

EDIT: Sure did, in the transactions under the dropdown, Transfer. Bit of an obscure location and no documentation. Glad it's there though!

my current style has custom temlates... donation bar appear all other pages with $dsl_bar

excpet on forumhome i have it in nabar template . tried to add in forum home under navbar... doesnot pick it up... donno why

Seems this has an error with PHP 5.3.0+ as one of the functions (split() in particular) has been deprecated.

There is a Bug in AWCoding- Donation System 4.0.2, running on vBulletin 4.

I have tested it on vBulletin 4.1.0 PL2 -> 4.1.2.

It removes the copyright notice in the footer for any addon that is installed.

If you want to test this try VB Pro Garage Timeslips.

dsl_bar_note phrase, you can search it or go to the bar settings and in the description it has a hyperlink to go to edit it.

Yes this is known issue all you have to do is search zip for split( and replace with explode( wherever it is shown.

I will need a lot more info on this may be a conflict in JS or JS error or conflict in ID's. If you can send me temp admin so I can take a look.

This is probably going to sound a little greedy... Eventually I do plan to upgrade to the paid version of this mod, to get all the nice little bells and whistles, BUT:

I feel like the option to automatically remove someone from your donation group at the end of their subscription period shouldn't be a pay only option. Is it that much extra coding or what? This is a feature that is a logical extension to putting them IN a group when they donate. At this point in our forum's lifecycle, I can't justify shelling out for the pro version of this app, but this one lacking feature is such a hassle to have to keep up with manually. The free version already has so many awesome features, I just wish this one more could get ported into it.
