Please check that you have uploaded the files correctly and that our latest released xml is properly installed. Maybe you should delete all template files, uninstall the xml and do the whole process again. I wish I could be more of a help. Thank you. |
any sign of this working on 4.1? I like this skin.

I found the small difference between the live preview and my installed style. The background colors is different in "View Profile" -> join date, last acivity etc section and the Recent Visitors section. In your live preview it's white, in the downloaded style it's grey. Could you please change it to white in further versions?

CMS Grid bug in 4.1.1
Grid 1 Column + Sidebar 240px displays like 2 Columns 50%, 50% Same problem with the Red Metal Theme |
Quote:
We 'll check it and update files ASAP. Thanks |
Quote:
What forum version have you installed on your forum? Could you provide us a link, in order to check the problem? We are looking forward to your reply. |

I have installed 4.1.1 as start version and never update it yet. There you can try Take Five, Red Metal and Morbid (another developer) styles. Only Morbid (and the "Default Style" of course) works properly in CMS section. |

We are terribly sorry but we cannot recreate your problem. We' ve tested it in various new and old 4.1.1 installations and the sidebar seems ok. Furthermore, the class affecting the specific width is never altered by us on our templates (the default values apply). Wish we could be more helpful. |
Everything works properly if I choose to install default CMS content in the installation process. Problem appears when I choose not to install default content. Just have no ideas about the difference.
|
Very nice looking. I'm going to give it a run and see if the members like it. If they like it enough I may purchase the branded free version. Good work, very aesthetically pleasing.

For some reason when I install this template I cannot see my logo in the "blogs" section but I can see it in the CMS and Forum. Any ideas and thanks for the work, amazing looking template.

Can you provide a link? Thanks |
Hi this is great but you have a fluid version on your website. Is that not available to download?
Thanks |
Quote:
Unfortunately the fluid version is only available in our commercial pack. |
This looks like it could be a good "footprints in the sand" style. Thanks

Does anyone know how to make the header smaller on this? I love the theme but the whole top section just takes up too much space. I have reduced the size of the image but I can't figure out how to move everything else up.
Thanks. |
Quote:
You can reduce the size of the header by altering the height of the .doc_header class that you can find in the vbulletin.css of the Take5 template. We are sorry for the late response. Thank you very much! |
Hi Just wanted to let you know I tried it out and I really love it the template , the only small problem I have is in the CMS, I have tried everything to get it working properly, 75x25 is coming out more like 75x75 and the menu and all side tables are equally in size as the content.
Ok I see you don’t have the down load here so I got it on your website 3.0 version. Did you make a new layout just for your template. Thanks It was installed on 4.2.0 patch 1, thanks if you have any suggestions. looks great on your demo lol but not mine. |

Can you provide us the url of your forum so that we can view the the problem your are describing? Thank you |
Sure right now it is the layout 2 Columns 75/25 so the content on the left should be larger than the menu on the right should be smaller. i can not get even get two roles of content because the right is always to big.
http://www.piraterealms.com If i take out the navigation the size of the content remains the same in size, it does not stretch over |

I think the problem is not the template. You should propably check your settings of your CMS layout. You can change the layout of your CMS through vBulletin CMS --> Layout Manager and set the width of your columns as you prefer. Please let us know if that was the solution to your issue. Thank you very much. |
ok thanks i had to creat a new grid but it was easy, thanks everything looks great
|
really nice...installed on 4.2!

This looks great I just wish it came with the header PSD. I'm willing to pay $10 bucks for it but not 30 euros. :(
I know your work is valuable but it's tough when all you need is just the psd. |

Style is great, but I have a problem. CMS home page layout has changed. Please take a look at the screenshots attached.
if anyone can help me? |
I have this skin and love it. I also purchased their "Carbon" skin.

If you haven't applied any changes in the Take Five template files and stylevar options, you shouldn't have any problem. Please check your forum's Layout Manager for that page from vBulletin's CMS section on your forum's administration panel. Thank you. |

I also downloaded the latest zip file of this thread, installed the Take Five xml on a fresh vBulletin 4.2.0 installation, set my homepage's grid layout options similar to yours (1 column on the left of 160px width) but I don't see any problem. Please re-download the zip file of Take Five (you can also try to download the zip with a different browser) and check if the installation of the style completes successfully. Thank you. |

I don't know... I deleted style from admincp, I deleted take5 from images too.
I upgraded my vbulletin to PL3 and I installed take5 one more time. Still the same problem... I installed take5 on my another board - there everything is OK (attached). Any idea where I should search wrong settings? |
