To modify the colors of the similar thread search results, go to Plugins & Products -> Plugin Manager, and edit the "ajax_start" hook location for this mod. The line you're looking for is:

Hi

I love this mod, but it is unfortunately causing issues with another mod i have installed.

I installed this mod & it is causing the tagger i am using to malfunction.

This isn't working for me I tried tying in the same name as another thread and it said no similar threads found ...

edit it doesn't work when you name your thread test for some reason

My only comment would be to add slightly more space between each of the search results.

Hi, installed and working fine, but I had to remove it again as I misread what the excluded forums option does. D'oh. :) It is possible you could add another option to list forums where the similar threads option should not run at all please?
