Is there a way to keep the timer from re-setting everytime the screen refreshes? I have the banners for 3 minutes, but whenever I go to another page, the first banner always re-appears, instead of continuing to the next banner after the next 5 minutes. :)

I uploaded the file, but I don't see anything. What am I missing?

Is there a way to include Google AdSense Banner?

As you can see in error details it has nothing with this product.

For some reason my css attributes are not working anymore. In the header, the banner is now pushing the page down. I was using margin-top:-60px; margin-right: 5px but thats not affecting anything.

set the play mode to random...so when a new page is clicked on a new banner will show for your 3 min...then rotate...click on new page and new banner should show again for your 3 min

is there anyway to get this to work in the top right header area...? I've got vb ver. 4.0.3 and it only works below the navbar. Love this MOD! But I'm pulling my hair out trying to get this into the header area... any help from the OP would be great! or anyone at this point. :-)

Having a small hiccup over here in the operation of the footer.

When the "Add Banners automatically to forum header (top right)" is set to Yes, it works superb (uploaded a test banner jpg).

Then, to try and do it over at the footer:::
Show banners on these pages: index
Show banners in these templates: footer
I set the "Add Banners automatically to forum header (top right)" to No.

Then at the footer template, I add:
{vb:raw vsa_flashimagebanners}

I'm not getting the test banner jpg at the footer.

Any insight as to where I'm going wrong?

Instructions and support from this coder are HORRIBLE. I can't get the product to work properly with the CMS or globally, and numerous requests for similar use have been ignored by the developer. I'll be uninstalling this mod and giving it a poor rating.

The developer's signature is pretty clear:

Plus here is the "short" list of stuff he supports.

Got the correct folder on the settings?

Trust me, I don't expect all that much support for free. However, there are a number of repeated requests on this thread related to global headers & CMS, some of them months old, that have been simply ignored. I also expect a developer to at least make a good-faith effort to post rudimentary documentation when a mod is flagged as "supported".

In any case, I already installed a different banner ad mod and had it working perfectly with my CMS and all pages in less than 30 minutes - so I'm not going to worry about this one any more.

p.s. FWIW - I'm currently using ~6 other mods on our vB site, and have experienced very few problems installing or using any of them.

As per my posts I'm still having no luck at all getting banner to show in line with logo, yet I know others have, but can't get any help...:(

Would it be too much trouble to see if you can find the snippet of code they use in that mod to enable the mod on the CMS? I've had a brief go at trying to do it myself, but failed. I've still got it on my to-do list, but if there'd be a shortcut to get it working, that'd be awesome :)

i just wanted to make a request for the next version... maybe a way to put adsense code into the banner rotation? that would make this mod perfect. i have adsense and personal ads (img/swf) id like to have rotating in the same spot.

i tried to find a way to embed my adsense code in a php file and have it called up by this mod but couldn't get it to work (but im a php newb).

anyways, thanks for your time, i really like this mod.
