Hi Paul, maybe i've discovered a trouble with this product ... many times when i try to check the users' log i got this message 'No Data Found to Display', but if the log-on i must see at least the 'forumhome' in their logs ...

so i think that they log-on directly in the social groups page (an invited SG), can you check this point please? i think there is something wrong ...

As the description says ;

If they do not visit the homepage, or a forum, or a thread, then there will be no tracking data.

ah OK :) maybe can you add the socialgroups? it's great if you add the SGs also for the inactive/lurker users Paul, cause they aren't lurker or inactive if they post in the social groups ...

If I have the motivation, then maybe I will look at this one day - however, the simple fact is that these mods (like almost all of mine) are primarily written for my forum, and then shared here - and we only use the forums, not social groups, or visitor messages, or blogs, or CMS (in fact, we dont use vb4). So there is not much call for me to spend my limited time on such things. :)

hi Paul, i found an incongruence ... in this phrase (trm_members_today) i found this for my lang (italian):

but not for the default lang (your english) ... what's wrong?

Paul, i used the APM (advanced product management) hack that allows me to check all the phrase in a product ... (you can check the pic)

maybe this phrase was in the older version (you know that i've upgraded directly from the 3.8.5 and i had some troubles with your products)

That phrase is in all versions.

When viewing a member, how far back does the mode maintain data about a member's activities under the viewing data option?

Clicking on a member in the main display will show that members viewing data (if enabled, and you have permission).

Is it 24 hours and all data older than that is deleted?

The default is 2 days I think, but the display is also limited in the number of lines it will show. Both are options as far as I recall.

Hi, I uploaded the xml file to the correct folder but everytime I upload it to my ACP I get a message saying "Importing Plugin Definitions, Please Wait......" and then below a vB message saying invalid file specified. I've unzipped it after download, uploaded it to the correct folder but I don't know what's going on. I'm operating on 4.0.7.

There are several xml files, please be more specific about which you have uploaded, and which you have tried to import, and also how - from what sense I can make of your post, im pretty sure you are not doing it correctly.

EDit: I was having a blonde moment - its working now.

and have this set to 500

then I could hypothetically track members for over a year right?

We have awards for log in streaks.

7,14 days
1, 3, 6 months
1 year awards

but they are streaks so users have to log in consecutive days to get the award.

Yes you could do that.

Given there is no paging on the display, you will probably run into some display issues after a while. It wasnt designed to be used like that.

Not sure if this is part of your mod or not but just in case it is.... I upgraded to 4.0.8 and ended up having the WGO area without the box and header graphics. I just uploaded your upgrade but the issue remains. Any idea?

Nope, no idea - kinda looks like you are missing a load of css - is that a customised style ? If so you may need to revert some css templates.

Yep Paul... It was a combination of the vB upgrade to 4.0.8 and my custom theme. Just had to revert the forumhome template. Of course uploading your newest update helped the alignment issue.

Oh and I see vBulletin is now using 4.0.9. Guess we can expect yet ANOTHER update soon... joy!

But I face some problems with it. My vBulletin version is 4.0.8 suite.

When the display collapse option is set to <YES> from the control panel the mod does not work at all. When I click on the arrow for the mod to get expanded no info are shown.... This does not happen if the display collapse option is set to ''no''.

The same problem happens to me with another mod called ''Track Guest Visits'' of the same Coder.

if anybody knows how to overcome the problem please advise me what to do....

This follows the standard vb settings, no one is hidden unless they have chosen to be in their settings.

Well, i only asked because before i used "Members Who Have Visited Today" mod (thanks for it, btw) and Registered Usergroup could see the Administrators Usergroup. With Member Visit Tracking, they don't (but they can see Moderators Usergroup). Is there something i can set for this mod so they can also see Administrators?

No, as I hoped I'd made clear, there are no settings that restrict which usergroups are shown in the list.
