Ok the mod is installed and works great but i am getting this message:

The requested URL /forums/admincp/clseo.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

and that file isnt included in the uploaded files folder.

Also why would i get a error 500 when using the mod-rewrite using .htaccess ?

I used it for a couple months and it worked well. I bit the bullet and purchased vBSEO for all of its features, though. When I bring back my domain that's sitting dormant currently, this will be installed on it.

Thanks but i have some problems. First I can't use mod_rewrite. I modified my .ht... and this is what i see when I active this option. "No input file specified"
And the second isn't important for use, but i don?t know how modify the code for my country "?????". This letters apears in URL's like a hyphen.

2nd Edit: Uninstalled with a bug in my forum. Take a look :eek:

what is the difference between C-Logic SEO and zoints SEO?
Are there some advantages using C-Logic SEO instead of zoints?

Just a word of warning to all you C-Logic SEO users. If you set it to redirect old URLS (301 redirection) or whatever..it will break the ability to set password on a forum. What will then happen is you'll type the correct password but it will come back at you saying you've entered an incorrect password.

I'm wondering if there is way to fix this....

I have this weird rewrite occurring on my wiki, the anker links like <a href="#something">
The wiki is installed in a different folder /brwiki while the forums are installed in /forums
My wiki does use VB for skin purposes.

I tried to remove the bburl references from the script, but that doesnt work..
only disabling the mod helps. (and that i dont want ofc)

any idea?

the links i mean are the ToC that is displayed on the right. when you hover the link you will see that they point to the vbulleting install #toc_link

Hi,

Would anyone recommend using this version over zoints?

Zoints is unsupported and this hasnt received any updates for a long time. Just wondering what would be the best version to use.

currently i have a lot going on with my company and its making time very limited once i get more time i will continue working on this but the next release will be gold so im also making it as bugprof as possible!

please do give me time i am trying :D

as for versions the latest is the more secure of the lot and apart from some miner bugs there isnt really anything wrong with the mod im still wondering if i should move the production up to vb4 as well as 3.8 so somethings may change really fast!

I was not satisified with this Mod.
For my purposes it was not the right thing.

Some things why I deinstalled it at least:

Worked not with self optimizing Amazon Banners which are in the Footer of Threads. Banners didn`t update anymore.
Some Users got Error Messages at bigger Threads or after answering to a Thread.
Merging/Moving Posts to other Threads does not really work.

I hoped to find a good working free SEO AddOn, but allthought this Mod is not Bad it`s in my Opinion far away from Perfect.

i'm waiting update with 4eyes :D , i think there is only 2 free seo addon @ vB , Zoints & C-Logic > and dx said C-Logic bugless version of Zoints :) thx for all efforts

Hey, we are using c-logic seo, and it works well. Now we want to upgrade to vbseo. Is it possible to use c-logic seo settings from htaccess.txt and put it into vbso .htaccess and expect the same results?

The issue is that the old, static internal links between posts do not work after this upgrade/move. Everything else works just fine.

I get strange url's example what-acta-video-p12.html#post12 the #post12 shows up on ever thread posted but its always the forum number how do i remove that part so it shows what-acta-video-p12.html ?

Please edit or fix your file: admincp/clseo.php was not found on this server.

And its calld cseo.php in the zip file! You need to change it to clseo.php
