ok heres another issue.

On post i click thanks, I add the amount and add the reason. I click thank again and I get an error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /showpost.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

showpost.php is set to 0755

That's odd!

Can you do this for me: click thank in post ~> you will get the thank form, just view source (CTRL+U in some browsers) and send it to me: daohoangson[at]gmail.com

Just register in your site (called you in the chatbox but you were not there)

I believe there is something in the server configuration that prevent the POST request. Can you confirm?

As I guess, you using the 2.5 version and you have just turned it off.
Don't worry, open your ./includes/config.php insert this code

Now you can access AdminCP normally. Don't forget to remove the code after you finish ;)

this has a lot of potential, and thanks mrpaint for this amazing mod, I hope to see this get much more better n_n!!! i've always wanted an alternative for vBPlaza and I hope/think I've found it.

For the hide-thank feature in addition to that I think you should add on to be able to see post if user pay money for that thread..

[hide-money="$20VND"] me me emme [/hide]

user pay 20 dollars and can see what in the box.

if next day post starter edit thread and put [hide-money="$24VND"] me me emme [/hide] then user have to pay again to see.

or pay diferent of 4 dollars depends on thread owner if he/she want to clear money.

Don't really understand but if you want to change the thank amount (to see the hidden content when the poster increase the requirement) you can enable the multi-thanks function in kBank Award Settings page

You can use hide-thanks with thank function to have the same result.

hide-thank function is a function that user just thank and they can view the post.

Isnt it better that they pay to see whats in the box.

what i mean is paying to see inside box
[box="$30"] hidden content [/box]

user pay $30 dollars to see whats in content.

then one day user change post for example they upgrade their program. so they charge $40 to see post.

they put [box=$40]...so user now have to pay 40 dollars to see what in post.

But kBank Thank function does require a donation. For example

[hide-thanks=50]hidden content[/hide-thanks] means: You have to thank at least $50 to see the hidden content

And yes, you can require any amount by using: [hide]hidden content[/hide]

That's 2 ways of behavior in kBank Thank

PS: [hide] is a shortcut for [hide-thanks] ;)

If they don't wanna pay, they can't see the hidden content. I think there is no way to see the hidden content without paying (email subscription, archive, blah blah)

When I have thanks/award enabled when I click the link it just opens a new window with the page I am currently on. Any reason for this? Also are there any plugins to be used with this? Also is there a readme associated with item types etc. It is all a bit confusing without documentation.

I chmoded it first thing and all modifying my .htaccess does is break my forums. I do google problems, but I figured this problem had to do with your script specifically. :/ Can you submit a ticket fine?

Hmm,

So please revert your .htaccess and then disable kBank. I can't understand how a php script can cause a 403 error :( So strange...

I have no idea either. :/ I did revert so everything works fine but thank you mod. :/ I was really excited toward using it with the hide tags too. :(
