Is your purpose Quick Reply for Social Group Discussion? If that is, I should say that is possible on current version, otherwise please more introduction about Group Messages.

This is a great mod, a couple of things.
1. i have turned smilies off but the icon remains
2. when smilies are turned on and you click it an empty box appears

The problem that you mention to it where occur? Because of I test it for all sections and I no see likewise problem!

Are you used another hack that made up for Quick Reply, like Advanced Quick Reply or ...?

Version 2.5.0 is toward with new features. Now I testing it and I will release it tomorrow. I hope new version attract your consent :up:

No other reply hack used, the smilie only appeared after installing your hack, now that you are a member of my site you can look for yourself, make a post then click the edit button and you will see the smilie but it shouldn't be there, and even when it should it is empty.

I registered on your site and I check the private message and visitor messages for smiles box and I saw true smiles box, but when I tried to test for thread I didn't see Quick Reply! but I posted a test message and tried to QuickEdit it but when clicked the smile button to put a smile, the box was empty and it's strange for me but I will more check for this unfamiliarity problem and I will inform you, it's strange for me because of I never see likewise problem after I fixed this problem because in first times of development this hack, there was such problem but I fixed up it, anyhow I will try to discover problem cause.

Quick reply is turned off, as i dont want to use that at the moment, but this issue is that if you try to edit your post (or admin or a moderator) you see the quick edit window which has the smilie icon.

Yeah I understand it after click on Reply and I saw the problem (after that I edit my post here), so please enable the quick reply and test for smile box, if the problem seeing on it please inform me.

I changed the settings in using FireFox and now the smilie has gone!, thats all i wanted!

Must be an interface problem with the pc i was using earlier using ie6

For instance Usergroup permissions, new User CP options.

I don't spot it, therefore I think the Quick Editor will be messy and it's not so good, but if you want so I can add this option as a new feature to version 2.5.0 that will be release today.

Please temporary disable those hack (PM Attachments) and test again, if the problem still persist, uninstall Quick Editor Improver then reinstall, and after that inform me for result.

Version 2.5.0 released with new features. This is final release for this period of time nonce. After finish my big project (take about 1 week of me) I will start more developing this hack and another hacks that released before by me.

Albeit this is not a reason for me to not support this hack and another hacks that developed by me, so don't worry. :cool:

I love the fact that this mod doesn't require any template or code edits.



2.5.0 seems to be working fine for me. It doesn't add that UserCp menu when I use this mod, but it's no big deal. I don't really need that feature on my board. ;)

However you say you don't need this feature but you may add that item handy as below:
