We are launching a new version next week and want to get as many cool new features in there now, so get over there asap to get your feature included in the release next week :)

hey, awesome mod :D did not fully test it out yet :D

but I do have one question, I'm trying to get my site html and css 100% valid (so no errors) but because of this mod I do get 1 error in the navbar where the "member area" is displayed, and I also notice when looking at the page source I see the "<if condition.." statement

You have installed Version 2.1 yet? When will you release this here?

By the way ... I dont think your product-politic is good.
Why not just offer a free version and a Pro, instead another deluxe version?
So there is not a good Pro support and the new additions should be integrated into Pro and not into another product, called deluxe. People can not be sure, whether there later be a MEGA Version, which again contains other stuff. lol :)

Anyway, nice idea and looks good to me at all. Thx for the free version!

This is a nice mod - however a number of issues - the site is down so no one can get support - those of us who paid for pro version have been ripped off thanks to the release of deluxe version - which the coder has been ripped off from (he hasn't been paid for the sales of the deluxe version as agreed)

So would like to know:-
1) When will the website actually work
2) Why have a deluxe version, pro version and free version - why not just have free and pro
3) Why have 2-3 different websites that people order from why not just one website as those who have ordered from xy at the moment cant get into newmodifications for updates.

It is a little rediculous and what a shame this is another mod we get ripped off about you wait just enough time so we can not claim money back on paypal.

EDIT: Haha I went to the only one of three sites that is working and realised that you have deleted the real coder of this product from the forums - because he took the deluxe version down because the original poster here was not paying him. Guys in all seriousness I wouldn't install this it is still way tooooo buggy and wouldn't bother buying it as you get no support, and they do not issue refunds, and this guy didn't code it he ripped off the real coder of it.

Is there a way to see what products users have purchased? I think this is a vital feature but I cannot seem to find it.

Also, I would like to be able to add secondary usergroups to a user rather than change their primary usergroup when a product is purchased.

I received an E-mail several days ago stating that the propriator has now stopped this mod because the person he made it for has refused to pay him for it.

It will not be available until he pays for it.

TBH, why would that person pay for it, when the coder has put it on here for free?

Or have I missed something here??

This is the free version and you would have to pay for the deluxe version.

I am the one who made the deluxe version and have removed my services from vbmodifications.co.uk

I have started to make a new store system that will have license intergration.
The owner of the vbdigishop has given me the rights to this script to use as i feel fit.

If i was any of you i would not get any mod or add-on payed or unpayed from Hex_Legend as he is conning people out of there money and saying its his code when he has not made any part of it.

Please do youself a favor and remove this from your sites and dont pay for any product he has to offer.

Phew, thought he beat me to a member's area mod. I am currently developing my own member's area mod as well. Nothing to the look of this one but it will have similar features, just hung up on the license stuff right now.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'd rather not use this modification, but I don't have a choice unless there is an alternative that has the features I need. It's either this or nothing... and nothing is not an option, as a Member Area is vital for my site.

Should be able to install this on vB4 and then just use the vB3->vB4 template converter. I am using this on vB4 fine (although there wasn't an auto-converter when I did it).
