helo, i want to ask something.
tag cloud in forumdisplay,
is it display all the tag used in whole forum at forumdisplay OR display all tag used in CURRENT Forum at forumdisplay?

example:

tag cloud: global tag, tag from all forum
or
tag cloud: tag used in this forum, tag1 this forum, tag2 this forum

It displays all tags used in actual visiting forum and all subforums.

It does not display tags used in other forums but not used in actual visiting forum or subforums.

Theres a bug with this I believe. I get a database error when I click on a private forum of mine. Has to do with your query and where clause where ur saing visible = 1

No, Indeed I tried this to vB4 Beta4, it only eval() error. My conclusion is that this must be recoded as well. Are you tested in vB4?

You need to port this application to vb4, it is not compatible to vb4.

The way the template engine works has changed, therefore this product has to be rewritten.

I don't feel right sharing it without the developers permission. Has ThorstenA said whether he is going to port this to vb4? And no, I don't remember it being hard to convert.

I don't believe he has. I understand. Glad it was easy. I would think it would be as the DB stuff probably hasn't changed.

Actually, if I recall correctly, the database stuff did change and so the query had to be modified (there is no longer a tagthread table).

I'd be very glad if you would publish your changed mod in the vb 4 section. (I wrote that this mod is completely free already here). I am not interested in being named as the author, having the functionality - so that it works with vb4 - is far more important to me :D

All my other mods are free to update them to vb4 and publish them from anyone, too.

OK, Thorsten. I will put this together and release it since it is OK with you. Give me a day cuz I actually customized it a little for my own site and I want to take that out (I only do it for some forums and then don't use the default levels to give the tags colors on my site).

This is pretty much unusable on large forums.

Any way to have this work only on forums you want it to work on? I have a forum with a completely different style and it's own theme. I don't want this working on that particular forum.
