Mr Paul: your product is a very superb mod
It runs very well but when I operate it as a guest the display showing a litter trouble with my IE 6.0 browser in addition the trouble does'n exist on firefox :) the detail depicted on this image how Can I let the editor frame a bit larger. thanks .:) |
Here are some things I noticed in addition to some suggestions. I think this is a great system by the way, just needs a few tweaks.
1. The departments show up in the title when you view your own tickets, however it does not show up when you are using the Administrative section. No way to determine which they belong to when your managing tickets. 2 The autothread you can create in a specific forum? I guess its more for alerting you of new tickets, however there doesnt seem to be any connective interaction to those threads and the system. If you wanted to reply on that thread, it should display a reply in the ticket. Related to Departments 3. The Department should be its own column. 4. You should be able to sort by all columns. (i.e. department column, so if you have different groups managing these different departments, they can sort and easily manage their own. 5 You should have a link on the left listiing each department, so when managing you can just goto the ones related in that specific department. |
All covered in the professional version at PaulSonny.
I am plannig to release an updated version of HelpCenter Lite which will help prepare anyone who wishes to upgrade to HelpCenter Pro. Thanks, Paul. |
if your taking feature requests, would be nice to be able to assign certain departments to admins/mods and have them PM'd when a ticket is created, and then be able to "own" a ticket.
I manage about 60 staff on my forums and being able to assign them tickets would help me out a lot. |
