Hey there Bob!
This works GREAT on 3.6.7! I LOVE it!!! However, it is NOT pulling in any of the information from my vBadvanced products as I had hoped. (It does not map any vBa product categories.) My Site Map My vBa Articles Section My vBa Media Section My vBa Links Directory It seems to me that it wouldn't be too hard to direct this product to search in these other areas as well, however this is beyond my abilities. I know that a huge portion of this community runs vBa on their site. Could you possilby modify your code to include the vBa products in your very cool Site Map? This is awesome! I just hope I can use it for my whole site! You get this to work on vBa, and you'll get my vote for Mod of the Month! Thanks for all your hard work! :) Jeff |
Apparently, your vBa areas don't use the forumcache. As I don't use vBa, I have no way of knowing how they are pulling the areas. They would have to be added manually, I'm afraid.

What do you mean by "added manually"? What, where, and how would I add these? I'm not afraid of a little work, just show me the way. Thanks! Jeff |
As I said, I don't run any vBa stuff so I have no idea how they pull anything. Check with the author and see if he will tell you how they do it.

Ok. I put a request in with Brian at vBadvanced. Hopefully he'll have time to respond and help out. I think this mod could really catch fire if people could use it accross platforms such as vBa! Thanks! :) Jeff |

This is the same version I use on my site, I just need to update the pics.
|
So if say someone had the 1.02 version and didnt want to upgrade because they had customised the life out of it, how would we put your copyright in the footer? what does it say? thanks.
|
If you are running the old version, you don't need to do anything as the copyright was only added in the latest version with the code rewrite.

And I do appreciate it, sir. If you want to add it, let me know and we can sure do that for you, but it is not required on versions before 1.0.4. ;)
|
In the new version it show me no forums :(
|
Look at step 5 in the first post.
|
I have activated the option under "Content Syndication (Javascript, RSS, XML)"
|
Have you uoloaded all the files? There's really nothing else it can be. What link are you using to call the file?
|
I have upload all files and at the end of the link stand "info.php?do=sitemap" thats right or ?
|
Link me to the file.
|
Boofo...
Hey there. Mine is doing the same thing. I had your older site map and it worked perfectly. I added this one and I get nothing. I have triple checked the settings but nothing. I have enabled the RSS stuff as well and I get bullets but NO forum. Again, it worked fine before. Thanks and GREAT JOB! I know you can get this figured out. -Dave |
Any one got demo of it?

Hi
Could someone tell me how to add the link for this to my footer between HOME and Contact Us for example I have tried various methods and it just messes up each time. |
Look in the footer template and do it the same way they do the contact us link. ;)

You're very welcome. ;)

Installed and working. Although you should by default add codes to check if they have Photoplog or Photopost installed, and link to them under gallery, since I had to edit the template to add it. Same with social groups, and vBulletin Blog.

Don't forget the install button as you don't want to miss any updates. |
I not clicking INSTALLED.
wait... damn. :P |

blog.php Not sure about the Photoplog product, but the file can be downloaded with the rest of the mod here at vBulletin.org |
PhotoPost can also be done without product integration so I used a file search for that link. File searches are more server intensive than product ID searches, so I try to stay with that option as much as possible. If someone can give me the product IDs for the blog and PhotoPlog, I will add them. As I don't use either item, I have no interest in downloading then.
|
Where would you find the product IDs? I could get them...
