Are you sure you have the correct vbulletin37CMS file installed, the one that comes with this, not the one that comes with default Flashchat.

Sorry I have not yet installed your Mod yet. I am still trying to figure out how to install this flash chat...

1/ there is no vbulletin37CMS file in /chat/inc/cmses/ folder

2/ I only see these:
vbulletin30CMS.php
vbulletin35CMS.php
vbulletin36CMS.php
vbulletinCMS.php
vbulletinCMS2.php
Which one I should use for entering the vBulletin customer number?

3/ Where in (one of those) files that I need to put the customer number before running the installation?

Is there a way for me to show Flash Chat on Navbar instead under QuickLink? Or can I have additional FlashChat on Navbar?

Quicklink/Navbar is one of the option settings.

ummm.. can I have FlashChat on both places? If not, I'd like to have it on Navbar and not under QuickLink. How'd I do that?

I am getting security token errors when trying to access user profiles.

Is there any fix available already?

Unfortunately its not very easy for me to fix as its Flashchat itself that sends a POST request on the profile lookup when it really should be a GET request. I have posted this on their forums.

Technically it can be got around by adding some new code into the CMS file and adding a plugin to vbulletin, I have tested this and it does work, but I'm not going to release it atm as its a horrible fudge - it would be much better if Tufat fixed it (as above).

I'd like to insert the number of users in chat just next the "flashchat" in main menu, something like this:

Quick question, I'm still getting a token error when clicking on the user profile in Flashchat. I've upgraded to 3.7 gold and still have the same issue. Is this something I bring up in their support forum?

Going by this reply, I dont think Flashchat 4 will be fixed by Tufat, it looks like Version 5 only.

I already told you - its one of the options that comes with this mod - simply set it in the vbulletin options (Automatic Link Creation).

The auto link creation does not set any colours as such, it uses the standard "vbmenu_option" class so it should already match (unless maybe you have a custom navbar that does not use the standard class, in which case I cannot help you anyway).

installed and checked 3 times. i dont have a own section to set user permission. (heck i have a lot buttons there, but no for FlashChat...or am i looking at the wrong section ?;)

Not sure why you still recieved the token error. Did you have the latest FlashChat installed?

About changing the name FlashChat to something else, please edit the xml file (once you opened the xml file, search for "FlashChat")

and replace it with your custom HMTL.

For those who need a fix now I've attached a product that should get around the issue, though it is really nasty stuff ...

I released a different method here the other day - but tbh, yours looks simpler. Do you mind if I incorporate it in to my release ?
