I imported the product as instructed and no options show up in the admin panel. vb368, php524; plugins are enabled.

How can I troubleshoot?

I have the problem where it will log the people out. This doesn't happen all the time but is a pain.

-New: Set timecut in minutes for active users listing
-New: Automatically parse links in messages (can be disabled)

To upgrade: Import product XML, allow overwrite.

Thanks for the latest update. I have the above problem too though for some of my members - any ideas?

Version 1.82 is very nice all the probs it had isnt there now the ones i found anyway very nice work indeed , and congrats on your product.

Auto-prune (by message date) feature already exist.
Auto-prune by max number of messages can be added, if it's what you are asking for?

I would like to check your forum to see what causes this. Or someone else's forum who has this problem. Temp admin account should help. I'm really not sure what can be problem as hack uses standard vB functions to build date/time.

This is strange. Ask someone who reported problem to logout/clear forum cookies, then re-login and see if problem is gone.

Cipri, you're not the only one, I am seeing the logout issue as well on my board. Switched browsers, same thing. Some users are having the issue, some are not. I am perplexed as to even where to start to look to resolve this issue. Variety of browsers and ISPs are involved, so it appears quite random.

Found another problem when i installed this hack on my site it works flawless for me and other admins but some members seem to have issue's with being kicked out of the site when they shout ,

Im not sure if all members have this issue or not and i dont really understand how that could affect them ,But there issue is being kicked out of the site and haveing to log back in after a shout,

As i said works perfect for all admins, and i checked the members that were haveing this problem they are not banned in shout and i also made the usergroup not able to view option blank,

blocking guest from seeing the chatbox. I have tried a number of ways to block guests from viewing the chatbox and I can't. Anything I should be trying?

I installed the update and now the kicking out has gotten worse. I am kicked out after each time I hit enter.
I have now turned the chat off untill I can find a answer to solve this problem.

Ban usergroup 1 from ChatBox.

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Cyb - ChatBox > Usergroups NOT able to view ChatBox

After Upgrade i got this error

Add some messages. This happens in "reverse" mode if ChatBox is empty. Will be fixed in future releases.

Bug which shows php error when there is no messages and you are using "reversed" mode, has been fixed. Zip has been updated leaving version info the same. So re-download zip and re-upload product to your forum if you get this error.

This mod doesnt show up even when I manually put it into my forumhome. Any ideas why it is not showing up?

I uploaded the xml and went into settings and made sure it was on then that was it. Nothing on forum home under navbar. So I manually put it into the forumhome section above the users active stuff. Still nothing so I tried using your thing that says place it above footer and still nothing. Any ideas? I don't understand why it wouldn't force to be on site when I manually put in your code $cybchatbox . Doesn't make sence

Was your index.php file modified?
Ensure it contains "define('THIS_SCRIPT', 'index');" at the top.

Hack uses standard functions to build time/date and it works with no problems on all of my forums. If you can setup temp admin account for me on your forum (with access to options/styles/plugins) I would be able to reproduce/fix the problem.
