Be careful here! Check the AdSense ToS very closely: There is a limit to how many ads you can run per page.

Thanks for the hack, I was wondering if it would be possible to display the ad after 1st and last post. Last post could be 5th or 10th post in a topic and in case if its the first post only one ad would be displayed.

It is possible to make the option of putting more advertising in the third and fifth post?

Can't install. After I install the product and change the post bit code, I can't put in my adsense code. It gives me a database error. Without the code I can see the "sponsored links" after each post though. Just can't add my adsense code. Anyone know what the problem is?

I immediately get "the connection was reset" when I hit save.

I am having the exact same thing happen to me. I can make changes and save it just fine, until i add the adsense code, then I just get page cannot be displayed. Dont have a clue why.

It would be nice if we had a response to the issue of having the ads show up after every X number of posts. The mod says it is supported, be this issue hasn't been addressed even once, so lets take down the incorrect "supported" tag shall we?

Thanks for a great mod. I'm having a slight problem with it and I think it's probably my fault.

I'd like the ad to show up after the first post only. I installed the product, added my Google code into the admincp, turned off the borders, and then set the after post# to 1. What I get as a result of those settings is an ad after the first, second, and third post. Then there's an empty banner-sized gap after the fourth, fifth, and sixth post. Any thoughts?

is there away to execlude some forums from shoing ads?

My contributing members get added to a secondary usergroup (11). Can I NOT show the ad to them by de-selecting the usergroup in the config.. or will it show them the ads because they are primary members of the Registered Users group?

Okay, I tested my question above and found that the ads were being displayed to my contributors. I needed a fix so I edited the product template 'postbit_display_complete'.

I found:and changed it to:
And then went to vBulletin Options > Google Adsense Postbit Integration > Usergroups ID can use Google Adsense and put the usergroup ID I did NOT want to see the ads.

To complete this hack a person could also edit the phrases to state that the listed usergroups would not see the ads. ;)

I only want this to occur after the first post, however for some reason it occurs after every 10th post. Any word on fixing this issue?

ADsense will only allow three displays per page, so the blank beginning on the 4th post is to be expected.

I just installed last night and when I showed display after the X post as 1, it worked fine for me. Maybe change the number to 2, save it. Look at it. Go back and re-change it back to 1.

I woudl like to have a few more options as to where to place the ads. Maybe anfter the following posts (allow an array) or a few pre-sets after first and last, after first only, after last only, only on first page, etc.

But I love it!
