5.0.0.zip is applying to usergroups even though they're not entered w/in the Usergroup ID. Also, any possibility to take into account Secondary Usergorup; ie. have a yes override any no for application?

Which part of the hack is applying to usergroups, disable all, disable images or select text?

In the forumid do not put "0" or leave it blank and download the new v5.

For example... the Administrator Usergroup (6) has NOT been entered into any Usergroup ID box, yet the right-click is disabled for Admins in all forum sections to which this hack has been enabled.

Do you have anything in any of your FORUMID box?
Can you take a screenshot of your settings.

I installed this mod but it doesn't work with firefox. the pop up msg shows up then after you click ok the options will show as there's no right click disable?

imports 01-11-2008 05:34 PM

i installed the 5.0.0 and it work with EI but not on firefox?

Mastar 01-11-2008 06:12 PM

I have tested it on FF and IE and all functions work.

Go here using FF Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 and tell me if you are able to right click or copy text.

Remember you must have javascript enabled.

Well, not ALL functions... as reported above. Verified on a clean install using both FF and IE.

Mastar 01-31-2008 09:32 PM

There is no option to allow this! You didn't click install.

I have the same problem.

Jase2 02-04-2008 03:03 PM

This is pointless.

There are too many ways of getting an image.

It doesn't take a 'brainbox' to disable your browsers 'Javascript'.

Regards Jason :)

If you took time to read the discription "brainbox" you will see that is states what the intentions are.

I believe it might be another hack or something that might be causing this, I'm not able to duplicate the problem but will continue to examin it.

JaBaT 02-07-2008 04:57 PM

I dont know whats the problem, i'll try to explain:
I want to Prevent Right Click On Images on forum id=100 only for Usergroup ID=5. The result is block in all forums, even on index.
The same for Prevent text selection and Prevent Right Click On Everything
To Put forum id numbers have no effect.

Thanks

Lombardo 02-24-2008 08:21 PM

KanmaiseR 02-29-2008 07:45 PM

Thank you to Mastar..

jvonmuenster 04-14-2008 04:22 PM

Is it OK if I leave the user id field set at 0? The hack is working perfectly otherwise... Thank you...

kimmie-99 04-25-2008 01:48 PM

I like this however I have a problem where if a user clicks on an attachment, it opens it up in another window where they can right click there. I don't want to prevent them from opening up this other window as many of the thumbnails are hard to see otherwise.

Deadly Assassin 04-28-2008 03:49 AM

I have installed this, but it conflicts with chattbox i have.

When ever i load my forum home the chatbox is full screen. I uninstall this mod and the problem goes away.
