HI do you know if this skin has been updated for 3.6.8?

Is there a reason this skin links back to your forums? If there is why do you feel the need to spy on us? I'm willing to bet your taking all your linkbacks and checking them for what though.

Please do answer, I will not be refering to your company for skins or graphics ever at this point in time. I do not appreciate link-backs in skins or a "Callhome" based system.

I think everyone who downloads this code should search "completegfx" in there source code and they will be very shocked and what exactly is being loaded off completegfx's site and not there own.

Thats very arrogent of you to claim. Just because you make a skin and release it for free it dosnt mean people are ripping your style.

The gradient_tcat and gradient_thead images (if anything you save bandwidth). Ohh man, that is so shocking!! I made this skin, these graphics are copyrighted. Meaning, I can do with them what I want. Sir you are an idiot. Usually I am a nice guy, but you have crossed the line. Because of people like you I don't offer support on these skins, nor do I plan on updating them. I put some hard work into these skins and for people like you to make such idiotic claims, I ask myself why? Why should I waste my time and resources making and updating these skins when people like YOU abuse and misuse my hard work. I don't know what you are +++++ing about anyways. This is free stuff and I never conned you into using any of it. I never asked you to download or use any of it. If you can't respect the fact that I released some graphics and a skin for free then you don't need to use my products (free or paid).

Also I can make all the "arrogent" (arrogant in English) claims I would like. The fact is people are using this skin and not keeping my link in the footer. Every free skin and mod on this site is being used improperly and being misused by someone. I have been doing this for a long time and I know how all of this works.

If its that big of a deal do this:
-Log into acp
-click variable replacement manager under styles an templates
-search for text "completegfx.com/vbdemo/images/dark_vb/"
-replace with "yourdomain/images/dark_vb/" or where ever your images are located.

I have a enquiry...

There is a header image / gradient of some discription, that loads on all pages bar the forums index (such as vbadvanced home). I like it alot, and think it intergrates the banner moreso.

However, two things:

1) How can I get it to appear on the forums index also?
2) How can I change the size? It stretches further than my banner at the moment

I looked everywhere in templates and in the FTP to see if I could piece any of it together. Concerning what "header image" I am referring to, well visit my site @ www.sog-team.co.uk and you will see what I mean, hopefully...

You should be able to open the image in PS and edit the size an make it the same size as your banner. Your site looks really good.

I installed this on my forum but now the background image behind the logo isnt showing up. is this because im using the newest version of vb?

i manually had to make 2 folders and put the backgornd image in taht folder for it to work

very nice style, i am using fluid version, but the image for navbits_finallink_ltr.gif is missing,
it is even missing on your own test site, i am guessing this is due to renaming by new version of vB

The buttons on this skin were borrowed from another skin. I don't have the psd for these buttons. Sorry :(

I've created boxes to the left of the forum, now im at a loss as to how I might go about populating them with information like: Top Post, Top Poster, A poll, RSS News...

Anyone have any ideas? Point me in the right direction? I assume its just a few lines of code that many people have done before, and yet I can't seem to find any reference to it in the forum or anywhere else.

Edit: I might be able to do this with vBExternal Lite, havent gotten it to work yet, but with the exception of the RSS News thing, this says it can do it all!

I installed this and have been working on it for a week or so, but there is just one thing I cannot figure out. No matter how hard I try, I can't get the header centered. It's staying to the left. I imagine this is something to do with the header, but I'm not sure what.

I have 3.6.8 Patch level 1 and not everything comes up. The main thing is the forum titles. it isn't outlined with the overlap and blue outline...

Any help?

I love the skin, I can't believe I got such quality for free.
I have one problem. Many images (I don't know which) aren't displaying.
