would love it if you can upgrade it to 3.6.7

jddphd 06-09-2007 01:04 AM

Ditto. Would be nice if you could update this for 3.6.7. Please.

rooney72 06-12-2007 08:31 PM

Installed it but how do I remove Monks Diner.

I went to the header and removed the link to vbulletin_logo_white and I inserted my logo.gif and of course changed url in the header

Monk Diner is still there :(

markbolyard 06-12-2007 09:23 PM

Please note, I am not supporting this style any longer, however you can PM me your URL and I'll let you know which file needs modified. The PSD I believe is included in the zip for you to replace the MonksDiner image.

Chase 06-19-2007 09:10 PM

Dang. This is a FANTASTIC template and wish it would work in 3.6.7... Can you pretty please please update this?! I would even purchase this template because its sooo good.

Yours 06-19-2007 10:04 PM

Please note that all templates work with newer vbulletin software. all you have to do is click "ignore version" and it will work fine. I have 3.6.7 and am using this template no problem.. However I would LOVE a fluid version, or somebody to walk me through the steps on making it fluid

soniceffect 06-25-2007 07:35 PM

To change the to fluid you can:-

To to stylevars and change

also just above

Code:

<!-- /logo -->
In the header template .... change the td width to 100% for example

Code:

  <td width="100%">
<!-- /logo -->

Hope this helps someone

KevNJ 08-06-2007 09:28 PM

How would I go about installing the left side banners at the top banner in the header like you have on your Smooth Red Style ?

Brew 08-07-2007 03:35 PM

Mark,

Thanks for a great style. It's so good that I want to use it and I am hoping you'll change your mind and support it.

Some things I'd like to see, if you so choose;

* Update the style for 3.6.8.
* Change the nav links to DHTML
* Include .psd files for the buttons, etc
* Include a fluid version
* Add some hack support you think are important

The biggest problem I have with this style is the fact that the nav links are in the header. I have yet to figure out how to make drop down links that retains the formatting. I've spent at least 15 hours tinkering trying to make that work. I hope that you can add this functionality when you find the time.

Again, great style!

Chase 09-13-2007 07:53 PM

I want to add some text in the center of the red header next to the logo. However I am unable to do this successfully. Can someone help me out here?

I couldn't agree more. I love the template, but hate the fact that the nav bar is so cluttered because I can't have a drop-down menu.

Looks like a 200 $ skin

markbolyard 11-12-2007 05:24 PM

Updated to 3.6.8 with a few changes per this thread regarding the navigation and column width. Enjoy.

SNATCH3R 11-16-2007 10:12 AM

Thanks for this style.....appreciate ur effort... :)

SNATCH3R 11-17-2007 06:46 AM

I am facing some problems using this style.....

When i installed the Vb Advanced CMPS, I got the following during the installtion process:

Image Paths for Styles:

body------- a:7:{s:10: -------- The check box was unchecked and the whole line was in RED color. I couldn't understand what body is and what has to be entered in the URL.

When I open my site with the www.mysite.com URL, i dont get my logo which is supposed to come in the CMPS Portal Page.

Kindly advice on the above issues..

Thanks

markbolyard 11-17-2007 12:17 PM

That's not a style error, it just sounds like the path is incorrect. If you PM me your site name, I'll have a look at it for you and let you know how to correct it.

SNATCH3R 11-17-2007 03:36 PM

Thanks for the update Mark..i did the changes in the style settings with the paths...it was indeed problem with the paths.....

thanks a lot for ur prompt reply.... :)

Chase 12-18-2007 07:32 PM

Awesome.

Are there any plans to upgrade this to 3.7.x when it's officially released?

iulianh 12-27-2007 06:37 PM

Great skin. Thanks !

daiver 02-18-2008 10:12 AM

Why is this style no longer available? I needed to redownload it =(

markbolyard 02-18-2008 11:35 AM

PM me with your email address, and I will send it to you. I discontinued all 3.6.x styles so that I could recode them to 3.7.

Hey! Sorry for not replying. I just installed 3.7 so I came looking for the new 3.7 version. Is it out yet?

I'll PM you my email address. Thanks!

markbolyard 02-25-2008 12:02 PM

There seems to be alot of request for this style in a 3.7 version, so I will make it a point this week to recode it for 3.7 Beta 5 this week and release it.

Thanks for your interest and I will post back with the new release url.

daiver 02-25-2008 01:08 PM

This sounds awesome! Thank you very much for your time and effort!
