Great hack, thanks. I needed a way to stop comment spam which got through manually. This does the job nicely.

I'm looking for a way to turn off img tag images for guests (basically the equivalent of turning off images in your options once you're registered)...is that something that might make it into this hack?

Dude, just set unregistered to not be able to view images. ;)

You could always exclude certain forums from this hack. So when members post in these forums, then their post count will rise.

Easy to install and a great hack. Try it out and you will see how customisable it is.

Found a bug unfortunately.

Have disabled:

• Links Viewing Permissions
• Links Posting Permissions

by using a 0 in the field.

When guest then tries to post with a link in the message, the following info comes up:

same problem... when attachments are set to 0 guest get this message.

o be able to view attachments your post count must be 0 or greater. Your post count is 0 momentarily.

is that a bug ? or something I'm missing ?

basically by putting 0 it doesn't disable the feature...

so to get it work DON'T PUT anything in that field ..

For me **their seems to be a bug on PM's I get database errors if the PM is set to 0 =\

I have one problem.

I set "Minimum post count hide must have have it be able it view thread conten" = 5. But user with 1 post can not see own thread, its bad.

Recently I getting lots of spam's so I enabled this product back again, but there is one small problem if it can be fixed it will make this product even more better.

If user postcount is less then 20, they can post links but those links wont go live, hence if u just use str replace or remove http: // and www . from users with low post count(say 20) will be awesome?

When links are disabled for a member with less than X posts, it doesn't currently disallow email links or email addresses. Is there a way to do this as well?

Actually on my board if you require a cetertain amount of posts to see a link it will take affect to guests as well

Hey is it possible for me to do the following:

If users post count is 0 then display phrase 1
If users post count is 5 then display phrase 2

Kind of thing, because members can only see topics when they have created an intro topic, i wanted the message to come up for them so they have to make an intro. I would just change the global phrase for not eneugh post count to view thread. But i also have it set to 15 topics to create thread in advertisement

Has anyone experienced any problems with their RSS feeds running this mod? I have been trying to figure out why my RSS feeds stopped working and I have now narrowed it down to this mod. When I disable this mod they work fine. If this mod is turned on they will not post.
