hey klaymen I had the same problem. I fixed it by making the forum name longer (I just added a bunch of nonbreaking spaces,  , to make the forum name long and then it extends the subforums accordingly.)

Couldn't you just do this by setting the forum display order in your AdminCP Forum Manager?
I only have 2 sub-forums so I didn't try it.

On www.bihforum.com the last x active threads of a main forum are shown instead of only the last one.

Is this made with another product ? I mean for example "Zadnjih 10 osvježenih tema:" on www.bihforum.com what probably means the 10 most recent topics in a forum.

Yes, it's another modification (not released here). It means 10 latest updated threads.

I would release it but it's little tricky to set it up. For every forum with sub-forums I've created separate product where you set target forum (where last x threads will be shown instead of last post info) and subforums IDs from where latest threads are listed.
