A newbbie question...
I make a 'fade' effect using replacement variable manager, changing

I make this cause i use ipb too and Michael share this tip in this tutorial
obviously i can change the setting to zero...
is the same ? or this way in the thread is better?

omg. This is sooo funny and very nice indeed. It has that AJAX efect when you do stuff in the pages. It seems it dosn't refresh the page, like hiding the logo, the loading it out, etc.

Sometimes seeing is believing and my members like that the board appears to be faster. Whether or not it truly loads faster doesn't matter as long as my members are happy!

Thank you, it does make the page load faster when using the back button. I put the code in the headinclude template.

i suggest using the headinclude template i used it in the header and it actually made the forums go slower

I’m using this with the following condition:

Allows you to keep the page valid html / xhtml… and saves other browsers from reading them two lines :P
