There is no plugin, only template edits. If you did the edits correctly you will have the 2nd navbar.

i have add all, but i not see the nawbar2 in my forum... ihave try all 5A 5B 5C 5D....

how can i do?

I just did a clean install of vb 3.6.8 and installed this hack and it worked fine.

When you created the plugin there was a spot at the bottom to make it active. Did you make it active?
