Have no desire for anything Dell. I'm totally happy with my Sony LCD. I looked at a lot of LCDs (including Dell) before I settled on Sony. It was a bit more expensive than the others but well worth every penny in the end.

I have, in school. Running on 1024x768.
Its quite ok, but I prefer my 17" Samsung SyncMaster 710v running 1280x1024 @ 72 Hz

I've finally chosen my new monitor and ordered it last night :D

Should be here within 3-5 days so hopefully Wednesday/Thursday :)

It's got an 8ms response time and max resolution of 1280x1024 :)

Only 17 inches?!?!?

Chris M 10-10-2005 09:26 PM

I have no room for a larger than 17" monitor on my workbench due to cupboards that will reside above it...

Besides - What's wrong with 17"?

Chris M 10-10-2005 11:57 PM

I can't be 1337 and have cupboards?
