You don't "Add" the plugin, you import it. Upload it to your server. You shouldn't need to edit any details yourself.

I clicked Install as well! Works like a charm. I guess my steps of " think it is pretty easy as you just select the Plugin System and select to Import Plugin Definitions XML File from download and if additional files are included, upload those to path specified by developer of plugin. If I am not mistaken?" should be all you need for this one.
