I've never upgraded vBulletin before, since my board still runs 3.0.9, as it probably will for a while. How difficult is it to upgrade vB? What files do I run?

It's just like any other forum upgrade, except you'll need to note the new config.php file and have to edit several templates to fully utilize the new features of 3.5 ;)
