Is there a way to make it not just for admins? I'd like to allow certain usergroups to alter the post date of a NEW post (we use this as an intranet, and need to add old posts) and also whoever has permissions to edit posts, not just admins. Possible? (i'm running 3.64)

just tried it on 3.7 rc2 for date change and it worked.

I just installed it on 3.8 and it works just fine.

using on 3.8.* and works great especially in conjunction with article postings.
