How to exclude user / usergroups ?

here's some screenshots with usernames edited-out... each module separate and then as shown within my CMPS.

is it possible to incorporate active AJAX so that the module option selection doesn't require a page refresh in order to display a change in selection?

I just learned a litttle about AJAX. I will try to get it for this hack.

it worked great for me in the template i first installed but doesnt show on other styles.. .. I assumed iit would.. any info here appreciated
