It's the element skin from vbstyles

The posting about this blue glass skin is from June 2005 , so he's obviously changed it since then...

thanks...yeah, found the vbstyles site...like the Aria and Element.

If you download this skin, you will see that it is not the Element or Aria. I saw that demo and thats the first thing that jumped out at me, but apparently he no longer has it installed there so you will have to install to see a demo.
