The last one I played was Silver, the newer ones, I thought would just be the same old thing with more pokemon.

The game could only go so far.

Yeah, I played Ruby for about an hour before it got old... Blue or Yellow I could play straight through though no problem

I have red,blue, yellow and green somewhere. Cant find my old game boy color anywhere though, ganna get a SP soon so mabey ill play them again :).

I still collect some of the cards but only cause they have mini games in them (gotta love the e-reader)
I'm gonna wait a few years till the collectors value rise, My complete Team Rocket set should sell well ^_^

I have Ruby.. But it got corrupted so every pokemon in the game is female...

I spent so much money on those cards, I have a binder full of them and 2 shoe box's full, heh. I still keep them in mint condition too. Though I don't have much interest in pokemon now, I am still waiting for a Gamecube version of the pokemon gameboy games, lol. That would be great if they did that, I would buy it and play it too :p ( hey, it's not like I am watching the cartoon or something, right? ;)) I have played the sapphire version before and I was pretty disappointed that they didn't have all the pokemon in it, lol. Gold and Silver are the best.

I could never get into Pokemon. Seemed too boring for me, but then again, I never watched an episode till I was 17 so, yeah. I'm glad that a lot of kids wasted their time on money on it tho; means that they were having fun and spending their money on something that they could enjoy instead of getting high and wasting money on pot.

I think the board looked great! Good job. As said by someone before me, broadband connection, so I didn't notice any lag either. It is so easy to forget your dialup days when you have broadband, yes?

Anyway, there were a lot of threads. Maybe tone the descriptions down some? I don't like the descriptions (in general: all descriptions) so maybe one line would be enough. Keep it short and to the point.

I think it is very very nice!
