I could be mistaken, but I think you used Serious and RackShack in the same sentence.... ;).

Check WebHostingTalk.com if for more information on their "Serious" hosting. I hate to bash hosts, as I am one myself, but what has went on leaves me to never wish to do any form of business with them as long as I live.
