From the sound of his e-mail it seems he's very busy, so he probably simply didn't update his site yet. According to the e-mail it will be free for personal use, but he's charging others so that he can buy another vB license. However when you click on the link at his site it sends you back here and there is nothing to download :( I'm guessing he will sort everything out by this weekend :)

I have a majority already fixed (not that there are that many to begin with)

vbArticles.com should be up by mid May once I receive payment then for a $30 custom job I am doing now to get enough for a license to use on the site.
So I'll just leave you to speculate the rest.
