PhotoPost offers an 800 number for sales or sales information. It's not uncommon for people to call that number looking for telephone support; problem for some users is that its a sales line, not a support line.

Giving people the ability to talk to someone via an 800 number about the product before they purchase is a benefit we offer our customers; but support is handled via forums, just like everyone else.

while when i bought photoshop i loved it, i went to renew my download access only to find i'd be required to buy the product outright again, the price isn't something i want to fork out once more so i'll probably move over to vBA unless one of the other alternatives turn up i.e. Filburts Sunset or there was another one i saw in someones gi that i wouldn't mind.

oh and the support for Photoshop was good last time i needed it and i find it to be aesthetically prettier.

Anyone in a store is considered a "customer"; weather they buy something or not.

I thought that point would be obvious; but if it makes you feel better, insert the word "potential" in there.
