Do the file and template edits as instructed in file_templates.html in the root of the zip file.

so where do i find this "file_templates.html"

Is this error has anything to do with the file_templates.html ?

and where do i find it ?

That file is called readme.html now. I probably forgot to update the installer ages ago, but still, you should always read readmes. The edits and such are there. You must complete all file and template edits for the hack to work properly.
