I have a doubt regarding this by giving the thanks will the post count increase of that member who has given thx!

I like your hack better than the other version, but prefer it to show up once per thread.

My hack lets you thank every post, not just the first. Meny times a person will post a very useful post somewere in a thread not just the first post. I may com out with settings that lets you turn off on all post exect for first.

Yes. I full uninstallation is found in the install script. It also shows you what you have to delete from the files and templates.

Did you do the postbit and postbit_legacy template edits?

Maybe in the postbit you should put

Didn't try it, but I think it should remove the button if it's not the first post.
