Another flaw:

Moderators can read secret tags that are not meant for them to read by clicking the edit post. That's not a problem because they can see what everyone says anyway. BUT, is there a way that keeps them from seeing admin's secret tags? Such as not allowing them to edit admin's posts?

You could always install the Message Editing Hierarchy Hack :)

That's the route I went and works well.

after i Remove this part this hack is work great with me but id ont no what this part about ..

Is it possible to allow anybody who moderates a forum (but not in the moderator usergroup) to have access to the secret text?

would this work on 3.0.7 and have all the bugs been fixed liked being emailed the secret text, logged out users able to read the text etc...???
