That's because you have to start at the top of the list and work your way down. If you try to jump ahead on the list she usually will not respond or responds in a way that you don't want her to. ;)

I also run a TradeWars 2002 Gold (25 games @ 500 players @ 100 node)server. I have been wanting to get stats off system into VB / web some way. (worken on the website :tired: )

Wow! I didn't realize this would turn into such a big topic! Yes, I started way back in the days of 300 baud as well. I ran a BBS on a Commodore 64 using Perspective Software's C-Net.. I swapped my 300 baud for a 1200 baud (they looked almost identical) and boy was that nice..

Around September of 1989 I got a car and left the computer work for about 5 years. When I got back with an Amiga 500, I was running 14.4 and that was pretty quick. My next computer was a Pentium.. :p

Wow. I've got 44 people signed-up so far in not even a day. Imagine this game still being a hit today?

But it really isn't the same game. This is a "cheap knockoff" (how they advertise it) of the original by Seth Able. There will never be another Legend of the Red Dragon like the one Seth wrote. It was a one of a kind. ;)

Does anyone remember another one of my favorites, Usurper? ;)
