It is a shame that vB.org keeps the style submissions of the style contest hidden. How are we ever going to find new vB designers this way?

Well, that comment is about right, a pre built skin ordered on the 8th April and still nothing from them, and I have subsequently found out I am not the first to be on the receiving end of their horrendous customer service.

I just dont mess with pre-made skins, it's much better making your own.

Just to add my two cents. vBmechanic is currently doing my design...it is the NASCAR design you see there. Besides vBmechanic which I am so thankful that he took on my project. And that he is the only designer who is actually making progress.

But I have to agree with AlexanderT just a little that some of the designers seems to get bite my the vB-bug. For me I have been trying to get my dream design finished and for the past year dealing with designers as been nothing horrible for me. I seem to be curst, because two out my last three designers, I was the last client for them before they closed shop. Mike who was the first owner of vbpanel.com and Corey with ravio.com. And Dameon was my last designer, who I have the up most respect for. Personally as I got to know him and as a NASCAR fan. But there were too many set backs and no light at the end of the tunnel. Which I blame part on myself. But all three designers experience basically ended up the same way, lost of time and/or money.
