www.Hostnexus.com support is great uptime is exellent only downside is plesk imho.

They also have an exellent community/support running of a very hacked vbulletin:http://nexusportal.net/

Ok, i know this is a bit old.......but i just wanan help out.

you should check out www.surpasshosting.com

been w/ like 4-5 hosts, and they are the best soo far
everyone server problem, error or whatever is posted
and the support is amazing AIM :D
