That won't do anything because the site is currently showing as a legal and licensed site. You need to remove that URL from the Members Area. Then reporting it will do some good.

kamu, maybe the sites you reported were legal. Maybe they bought a license after being reported. Or maybe they were on a host that does not respect intellectual property laws. However I know for certain that ever URL reported is checked and followed up on.
