I think this is worth upgrading from a techy/admin point of view, but from a users point of view I'm deffinately going to wait for the Gold release.
Too many bugs have slipped past the private beta testers :( |
I am going to wait for the hacks to be converted over.
I wonder if the vb3 has as many data base error troubles as the vb2 has been. |
Well...
I won't be updating anytime soon. The reason I went with vBulletin to begin with is because I knew they had some of the best hacks/modifications around. :) I've taken the past few months installing nearly 80 different hacks. I see no features in vB3 that would make it worth my time to recode or even remove some of my current modifications, so I won't be updating. |
Vb3 will make updating easier later on cuz it has a lot of hacks as standard now
ps i love the multiple attachment feature wish it had a warnings system tho |
upgrading indeed will be easier as they divided up a lot files :)
(functions for example) but as during beta therre are a lot of hacks missing in it and other total useless features. the vb.org upgrade won't be that fast ;) |
